UPLOAD DESIGN (PASSWORD: ter) AT 100% SCALE AND 300 DPI

We require all artwork to be formatted to the following specifications to be PRINT READY*:

• Image must be formatted at 100% scale, and less than 12” wide x 15” length.  Images larger than 12”x15” are oversized and will require additional fees.

• Image must be 300 dpi or higher, as a .psd, .jpeg, .pdf, .ai

• Each color must be 100% opaque black on a transparent background layer, regardless of ink color.

*If your artwork is not PRINT READY, we can rework and format it for you at $60/hr.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

•Additional placements to front print (such as back, side, sleeve, tag, etc.) are 1.50 extra plus .50 per color.

•Screen setup fees of 20.00 per color apply for all new projects. We keep screens on file at the shop for 3 months after each order.

•Submitted artwork separations must be 100% opaque black on transparent layers for each color. Artwork must be scaled to 100% size at 300 dpi.

•Max image area must be 12"W x 15"H. Images up to 14"w x 19.5"H are jumbo prints and are subject to extra fees.

•If submitted separations require additional design work to be print-ready, a design fee of 60.00/hr will apply.

•Projects are entered for regular turnaround once we receive all print-ready separations and a 50% deposit on the total order invoice. The other 50% of the invoice will be due upon completion of the order, and must be in-hand before shipment of the order. 

•Rush turnarounds are determined according to the number of jobs in our production queue, and the number of jobs we push back in order to bring put your rush job at the top of the queue. Rush fees of 20% to 100% of your order invoice may apply.
