This Vartan Mamigonian album was originally released as a fundraiser for Stumpfest 2010, an improvised music festival presented by Surrounded By Reality. Patrick requested that the design extend in a single/continuous image to the entire visible area and include an insert, so I came up with this little bullfight scene.

The music teachers at Brooklyn Music Instruction asked me to design a flier to post around the city, with the only guidelines being that I should include imagery of children playing instruments joyfully. I decided to aim for a cut paper look, which I mimicked on photoshop by using geometric shapes and drop shadows. It was exciting to produce this without having to use an exacto knife, and we were all pleased with the results.

Abby Payne is a talented singer wongwriter who asked me to design a cover for her new EP Sasquatch. Peeking out the back window of her apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, and seeing greenery spilling over her neighbor's overgrown backyard, Abby envisioned a sasquatch dwelling there, and asked me to illustrate this scene for the front cover. Along with the cover I also made a poster with space to write in show dates for her continuous use. Abby has since asked me help design sets and animate a portion of her new upcoming music video for the song The Prophet, so keep your eyes peeled for its debut- I'll be posting it here on the site shortly.
